Very interesting scientific data has been released today regarding the COVID-19 virus. There have been laboratories which found that the coronavirus has attributed to sickness & death dating back to this past December 2019. That means that this virus has been around much longer than we originally anticipated.

The good news is that New York State is performing testing to see if people have contracted the virus without knowing (asymptomatically), resolved their sickness, and now have the antibodies developed in order to fight the virus if they ever come in contact with it again. The results are stunning and would suggest that there is a lot of people in the community who can be donating blood which can develop treatments to people who are fighting bad strains of the COVID-19 virus.

Another piece of bad news is that NYS performed some of this testing right in South Utica. That means there were people out in public that never knew that they had the virus! This goes to show that it is essential to keep up our precautions and be weary of who we are around.
